My 8-month-old Kenmore dryer stopped pumping hot air. I first tried fixing it myself by ordering and replacing the most likely culprit, the heating element, using YouTube. Well, after replacing it, I realized that was not the problem. That left the thermal fuse or thermostat, which involved stripping wires, so I decided to stop wasting time and call a pro. Artem was extraordinarily courteous and professional, even putting the original heating element back in so I could return the new one to Amazon. Now, I can finally do my laundry again. Thanks, Artem.
