How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Quick diagnosis for GE front end washing machine as broken shock absorbers; 3 of 4 were broken; I agreed with recommendation to have all 4 replaced. Arrived on Monday for assessment, ordered new parts, and promptly replaced them on Thursday as scheduled. I would call upon them again as needed.
