Their service was good and timely. Sergei was respectful. I think the price was a lot for the service. Essentially a draw string wrapped around the motor which was preventing the tumbler from spinning on my dryer. The initial diagnostic fee was going to be $80 but doing the actual labor of fixing it was $270 (after tax). So if you need it done well regardless of the price then I would recommend them.
Best experience I ever had with appliance repair. Gave me an estimate, fixed it and cleaned up in all in a less time that I expected. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company. And I will definitely call them again if needed.

We saw the reviews online and contacted them to schedule an appointment for our broken dishwasher. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the repair was completed 3 days after when the parts were delivered. Nijat who fixed our dishwasher was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Highly recommended!
When my freezer stopped working, I reached out to Excellence and I had a repairman here in under 4 hours. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and went right to work. Repair was completed after a trip for parts and we were very happy with the great service. Will definitely be keeping their phone number.
Oleksandri was awesome! He was able to diagnose our stovetop’s issue, order the part and efficiently repair it. He was reasonably priced and shared the cost upfront at his first visit. He was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked.
