Viacheslav was extremely helpful!! I had two dryer repair people come and both told me nothing was wrong, even though it was taking hours to dry and kept giving me codes. The first said to clean vents, which was $1200 and they were not even dirty. It still didn’t work, so repair man number 2 said to reset the breaker and it was fine. It still stopped and gave me codes. I called Excellence Appliance and they sent Viacheslav, who found three problems and after three weeks or no dryer I have a working dryer!!! I will call Excellence Appliance first for everything g in the future! I am so happy!

I have a LG refrigerator that was full of bugs due to the former owner leaving food in it for months with no power turned on(GROSS)! They came and disassembled the unit so I could clean all the dead bugs(GROSS)! They came back out and reassembled in less than one hour! Super professional service to an unusual situation. I strongly recommend!!!
