How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Technican did a great job very professional and courteous.
I had made online requested to repair my dryer and contact me in less half hour offering multiple options time to come and very courteous on there communication. The technician arrive on time, was fast identified the problem and even he did had part on hand made sure found and come next day early to repair it. Great service, recommend it.
Oleksandr Kreminskyi from Excellence Appliance Repair, repaired my washer in an excellent and timely fashion. My washer‘s electrical system went out on Sunday afternoon. General Electric gave me the name of the Excellence Appliance repair In Georgetown, Texas, and Oleksandr came the next morning at 9 o’clock, diagnosed my problem, ordered the part and came the next day at 1 o’clock and repaired my washer. I would recommend this company for any kind of appliance repair

Our refrigerator broke down and I did a quick Google search and found this company. So easy to make an appointment online and they were quick to respond! We had someone in our house within the hour.
