How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Yuriy was very nice and knew all the things to check and was able to clean my existing hose without replacing it to fix the draining problem. He was quick to arrive and easy to communicate with. Service is guaranteed for 90 days which made me feel better. Minimum labor fee was $250 and that’s what I paid since he didn’t have to order a new hose. Cheaper than a new dishwasher! So that’s good. And he was in and out in an hour and came first thing the next morning to after I scheduled. Very quick and convenient service.
