I have a Bosch refrigerator that had a broken ice maker. I went through three repair shops looking for someone who worked on Bosch appliances before I found Excellence Appliance Repair. The man who took my call at Excellence was very nice and very helpful, but when I gave him my zip code he told me that his shop didn't service in the area where I live. I asked him if he knew of any shops that did. He could tell I was frustrated, so he told me he would ask his serviceman and call me back. Again, he was very helpful. He called me back in just a few minutes and told me that his serviceman would be in my area in the next few days, and we scheduled an appointment. My serviceman's name was Joe Martinez, and he was amazing. He texted with me before our appointment, and he was able to determine what the problem was we were having with our ice maker, so that when he came out to our house he had the specific part with him, and he was able to fix the problem easily. Also, Joe showed me the quote for the cost of the repair while he was at my house, and it was significantly higher than I was expecting. When I expressed my concern to Joe he was able to adjust cost, and I really appreciated his understanding. I will refer Excellence Appliance Repair to anyone I know, expecially Joe Martinez!
