The customer reported that their Sharp drawer microwave lost power after something obstructed the drawer from closing. Diagnosis revealed a faulty noise filter control board caused by the obstruction. The control board was replaced, restoring power and functionality to the microwave.

I was able to schedule the repair easily and only had to wait one day. The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and showed up on time. He was friendly and courteous. He was proficient in diagnosing the problem with my Sharp drawer microwave. The computer board was bad. He gave me options on whether to purchase a new part or a new microwave. I chose to order the part. He ordered it, then returned in 4 days to install the new part. He was fast and skilled. I am very pleased and will continue to use this service for any appliance repairs.
