He was proficient in diagnosing the problem with my Sharp drawer microwave. The computer board was bad. He gave me options on whether to purchase a new part or a new microwave. I chose to order the part. He ordered it, then returned in 4 days to install the new part. He was fast and skilled. I am very pleased and will continue to use this service for any appliance repairs.
