We had them come out many months ago when we had an issue with our fridge. We had called them 10 o'clock at night and they came out the next morning. Extremely convenient! Maksim(I forgot the correct spelling? Sorry!) But they were beyond great. They got the fridge all fixed up and taught us some preventative maintenance and things we can do to keep everything running smoothly. They were in and out and very professional.
Overall experience great. A little late at times but very communicative when running late. Iurii came to our house 3 times and was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, handled our crazy (but friendly) dogs well.
We called Excellence Appliance Repair for our Super Microwave at our establishment. Technician Oleg was out the next day to troubleshoot and found problems with our unit.
