Our 5 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. It turned out to be a very tricky repair job, but Artem refused to give up on it! It took multiple visits, but he did not charge us extra, he stuck to his originally quote. It now works like new!
Overall excellent service and very quick! Dishwasher stopped pumping water at 8pm. I made an appointment online and within 5 mins was chatting with a rep. They had appointments the next morning and were here promptly! Issue was fixed on-site with a new pump, no waiting for parts!

Artem arrived on time for the initial consultation. Sadly, a part was required and I approved going forward with the repair. Artem texted me when the part arrived and an appointment was made.
