Artem came and diagnosed our washer no problem! He was honest about the part availability which unfortunately our washer is older. We did end up ordering it, and Artem and another gentleman (didn’t catch his name) helped get the washer up and running. They were very friendly, and I’d definitely give them a call again if something were to break again.
Oleg diagnosed and performed a full repair and cleanup of my dryer professionally and quickly on each visit. He even came out on a Saturday to finish the repair. Amazing work!

Oleg was our repair person and was marvelous. Our washing machine needed parts that ware discontinued, but he was able to find them within a week. He is polite and cleaned up after himself. I recommend him and I'm really picky!

Most recently, we called them after our dryer went out suddenly Oleg came to our house same day to diagnose the problem. Within 24 hours he had the replacement part installed and our dryer functioning normally (shipping for the part was the only reason it wasn’t sooner!). Highly recommend!
