Oleg was amazing! He fixed our microwave over our oven in less than 30 minutes like a rockstar. We had a microwave repair guy come out weeks ago which we paid a consultation fee for, he said he was going to the store to buy some extra things to come back and fix it and then ghosted us. We’ve been calling him for weeks with no answer so he took the consultation money and ran. Excellence Repair Responded within an hour and immediately we were setting up the appointment within 48 hours over text messages.
One of the things I love most was they sent me a text when he was on his way along with his photo so we knew it was the right person at the door. Overall, this was an amazing experience and now we have a working microwave and an appliance repair company we can trust!
Repairman was on time, very courteous and kind. Describe the diagnosis clearly and went about repairing the machine. He announced he was finished and asked me to test the machine, it worked as if new, I thanked him and he went on his way. Very efficient and cost was reasonable.

These guys are a cut well above the rest. Our house is just old enough to the point that the original appliances are starting to act up, and after multiple other companies overcharging and failing to deliver results for other jobs, I called the people at Excellence Appliance Repair - they got my oven, dishwasher and dryer working perfectly again (all separate service calls and times). Yuriy (both Yuriy's, there are two) is fantastic, shows up on time, tells you exactly what's going on and what your options are, and you are never pressured with any sort of upsell. Prices are very fair. I can't recommend the company enough, this sort of service feels almost old-fashioned in the sense that they are expert-level, timely and to the point, spend time explaining and showing you the issues present, and are just genuinely doing the right thing for their customers. I am honestly just happy to see that service like this still exists.
