Responded within the hour to request for service call. Sent and met the arrival time. Quickly diagnosed issue (icemaker needed replacement - electronic failure). Due to the hour, late afternoon, Yuriy was able to locate the part in town and returned the following morning to replace it. He completed the repair and service the refrigerator preventatively and was done in less than an hour. Would reuse for appliance repair.
Highly recommend! Had another repair company come look at our microwave. They quoted us double the money with a long lead time on parts. Yuriy was on time, found the issue, showed me the part that was broken, and fixed it all in the first visit for half the price of the other company. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called around 8am to get an appointment scheduled to have someone come and look at my dryer. The technician, Joe, arrived at my house about an hour later and by 9:30am (just 90 minutes after I initially called), my dryer was fixed. Joe was polite and informative - he explained the issue and repair options clearly to me. I will definitely use Excellence Appliance Repair again in the future for my appliance repair needs.
