Excellent experience with repair of my washing machine. Response from the company to my query was timely, and scheduling was easy. They texted the name of my repairman and his photo ahead of time for safety purposes. Oleg was excellent - professional and very helpful. He communicated well, and the necessary part was delivered and repair accomplished quickly (even more expeditious than the original quote). Highly recommend!

I got to save the appointment and the service was quick and my dishwasher was fixed, but it was very expensive for $250 because there was no part replacement. When I called to make an appointment, they mention that there will be an $89 fee and that fee will be applied if there are any repairs towards it. The technician that came did tell me that the charge will be $250 before starting the service so that is fine and he said that there will be extra charges if there is any parts replacement needed. But just for the de installation of the dish washer, checking if everything works, taking a look at the sensors and resolving the “failure to drain error” I thought $250 was expensive.
Alex was awesome. He explained every step and the issue with my washer. The part came in next day and he immediately reached out to me to complete the fix.

I called for service on a late Saturday morning and by midafternoon a technician was at my home. Our technician, Volodymyr, was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine and gave us a quote for the parts and labor on the spot! He returned with the needed parts Monday afternoon and had my washer up and running in no time! Very happy and satisfied that my washer is back to doing what it does best! :)

Oleg was great, replaced the suspension in my washer so it no longer throws codes for being unbalanced. Will be calling him in the future for any appliance repairs.
Our washing machine locked up and we could not get it to work. Reached out and got a response within the hour to schedule and appt the following evening. Oleg came out and figured out that we needed a new part. He ordered it Monday and was able to come back on Thursday. He was punctual, knowledgeable and polite overall great experience and would use them again.
