Alex was amazing. He did some troubleshooting on stove and dryer then clearly explained what was needed and what he could do to help fix the issue. He followed up with a timely response on ordering the parts and when he would be able to come back and fix them both. He was friendly, personable, and very thorough and helping me get my oven and stove fixed in a timely manner. Amazing Support quick turnaround and I really appreciated everything he did for me. My refrigerator was broken. I requested a service appointment online around 6am. Their online response was fast. By 9am, a technician had been assigned and service call scheduled for 12 noon. Nijat A arrived on time and did quality work. Najit answered all my questions and fully explained what was needed so I could make an informed decision. I would recommend this company for their excellent service and great work ethics.

Technician Nijat came to fix my dishwasher, he was very professional and troubleshoot several things on my Dishwasher. He cleaned out and made some upgraded reconnects for better function. I made appt last night and they came out next morning and communicated fast and efficiently.

Repaired my broken Bosch oven. Did the work in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. The work of replacing the heating element on one of those ovens turned out way more involved than I would have expected. Glad I did not try it myself and hired a professional.

Company was called around 10:30 today. Booked an appointment with a tech between noon and 2 PM. He actually showed a little earlier than noon. Immediately diagnosed the problem with our washing machine as a pinched drainage hose. Removed the obstacle, tested the washer, and the job was done!

I had my dryer go out on a Friday evening, I went on their website to schedule an appointment thinking it was going to be weeks before they could come out and fix my dryer, I was surprised they were willing to come the next day. My schedule conflicted and they were able to accommodate for first thing Monday morning. Five stars for that alone! Now here’s the part where I rave about my technician. Vasyl Kucherenko was the friendliest and professional technician I’ve had in years. He had a great sense of humor and fast in the repair process. Vasyl Kucherenko not only fixed my dryer but showed me the recommended settings I should use from now on. This man is a company asset. Excellence Appliance Repair take very good care of Vasyl K he brings some much to the company name. With that being said I will definitely recommend this company and Vasyl K. to everyone. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you!!!!!
