I had a washing machine issue so called a few places in area. This one contacted me right away and sent a repairman out same day! He was respectful, and very nice. He was also thorough and machine was fixed pretty quickly. He also said if there are any other problems to call . I am older and loved in a time when you didn't have to wait days for help. Nice to see a business still thinks the same! Thank you!

Alex came to save is when our dryer broke AS WE WERE DOING LAUNDRY FOR A TRIP - worst timing ever. But Alex came and got us all fixed up and going right away. Nice to know that now "we have a guy" 😉

Vasyl and his helper were amazing! I received a text letting me know they were in route. They arrived early, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and left the room cleaner than when they arrived. Artem easily diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the repair time. He called a day early to see if we could do it sooner since he had an unexpected opening in his schedule. Got it done a day early. Quick, efficient work. The washer works like new!

I put in the request for dishwasher not draining on Friday afternoon. Oleg came Saturday morning and diagnosed a bad drain pump. He had the part on Tuesday and made the repair. Great experience and communication.
