Position Summary
You'll provide residential appliance repair services across the Tampa Bay region. From initial diagnosis to completed repair, you own the customer experience. This is a performance-driven role where your income reflects your skill and hustle.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all major residential appliances
- Present repair options and costs to customers transparently
- Maximize first-visit repair completion rates
- Coordinate parts orders and return visits as needed
- Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan efficient service routes across the Tampa Bay area

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Must provide own vehicle and tools
Pay & Compensation
- W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
- Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
- Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
- Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
