Position Summary

Serve residential customers across the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill metro with expert appliance diagnostics and repairs. This commission-based W-2 role lets top performers earn significantly above the average — your skills and work ethic set your pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances on-site in customers' homes
• Provide honest repair estimates and explain options clearly
• Aim for first-visit resolution on every service call
• Order parts proactively and manage follow-up appointments
• Collect payment and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Navigate the Triangle area efficiently with well-planned routes

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
