Position Summary

You will provide expert appliance diagnostics and repairs to residential customers across the greater Orlando area. Your technical knowledge and customer interaction skills are what drive your earnings in this commission-based W-2 position.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens
• Provide upfront, transparent pricing and repair explanations
• Resolve issues on the first visit whenever possible
• Manage parts and schedule follow-ups when needed
• Collect payment and confirm customer satisfaction
• Run your daily route efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
