Excellence Appliance Repair is expanding into Nashville, Tennessee. With a booming population and one of the hottest housing markets in the South, Nashville offers excellent opportunities for experienced appliance technicians ready to earn based on their performance.

Position Summary

You'll provide in-home appliance diagnostics and repairs to residential customers across the greater Nashville area. This is a W-2, performance-based commission role — your skill and hustle directly determine your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ovens
  • Provide honest, upfront repair estimates to homeowners
  • Complete repairs on the first visit whenever possible
  • Order parts and coordinate follow-up visits as needed
  • Collect payment and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily service routes across the Nashville metro

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

  • W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
  • Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
  • Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
