Position Summary

You'll handle in-home appliance diagnostics and repairs across the Jacksonville metro. The city's sprawling geography rewards efficient technicians who plan their routes well and work smart. This is a W-2 commission role — your income grows with your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all major residential appliances
• Communicate findings and repair costs to customers clearly and honestly
• Prioritize first-visit completion to minimize callbacks
• Handle parts inventory and ordering for your service area
• Collect payment and ensure customer satisfaction on every call
• Plan efficient routes across Jacksonville's large metro footprint

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
