Position Summary

You will handle residential appliance diagnostics and repairs across the greater Houston area. This is a hands-on role where your technical skill and work ethic directly determine your income. We keep you busy — you keep customers happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and more
• Deliver clear, honest repair estimates to homeowners
• Aim for first-visit resolution on every job
• Order parts and coordinate follow-up visits when necessary
• Collect payment and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving
• Stay organized with daily routes and scheduling

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
• Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
