Position Summary
You will handle residential appliance diagnostics and repairs across the Fort Worth area and surrounding communities. This is a performance-driven role where your hustle directly determines your paycheck. We provide the leads and dispatch support — you bring the skills and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all major residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more
- Deliver clear, honest communication to customers about repair options and costs
- Maximize first-visit completion rates to keep customers happy and your schedule efficient
- Manage your parts inventory and order replacements as needed
- Collect payment on-site and ensure a positive customer experience
- Plan and navigate efficient daily routes across the Fort Worth metro

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Must provide own vehicle and tools
Pay & Compensation
- W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
- Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
- Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
- Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
