Position Summary
Cover residential service calls across Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, and surrounding neighborhoods. You'll run diagnostics, complete repairs, and build a reputation with customers who come back to us because of techs like you. Earnings scale with your performance — the better you work, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all types of residential household appliances on-site
- Explain repair needs and pricing to homeowners in a clear, professional manner
- Aim for first-visit resolution to minimize callbacks and maximize efficiency
- Track and order parts, keeping your inventory organized
- Process payments and ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note
- Navigate daily service routes across Broward County and nearby areas

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Must provide own vehicle and tools
Pay & Compensation
- W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
- Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
- Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
- Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
