Position Summary

You'll handle residential appliance repair calls across the Columbus metro. As one of our first technicians in this market, you'll play a key role in building our reputation and customer base here. Performance and professionalism are what set our team apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential household appliances
• Provide honest, accurate estimates and explain repair options
• Complete repairs on the first visit whenever possible
• Manage your parts inventory and order replacements as needed
• Collect payment and deliver a 5-star customer experience
• Build efficient daily routes as the territory develops

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
