Position Summary

Serve residential customers throughout the Cleveland metropolitan area with expert appliance diagnostics and repairs. This is a W-2 commission role — your technical ability and customer service directly drive your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all major residential appliances in customers' homes
• Give clear, upfront pricing and repair explanations
• Fix the problem right the first time — every time you can
• Handle parts ordering and manage your schedule
• Collect payment and ensure every customer is satisfied
• Run efficient routes across the Cleveland metro

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
