Position Summary

As a field technician in Cincinnati, you'll diagnose and repair household appliances for residential customers. This performance-based role puts you in control of your earnings. Bring the skills and work ethic, and the compensation follows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on residential appliances
• Communicate repair needs and pricing honestly and clearly
• Resolve issues on the first visit whenever the situation allows
• Order parts proactively and manage your service schedule
• Collect payment and leave every customer confident in the repair
• Develop efficient routes across the Cincinnati metro area

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Must provide own vehicle and tools

Pay & Compensation

• W-2 performance-based, commission compensation
• Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion
• Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month
