I scheduled an appointment online and they had availability the next day. They were punctual and kept me informed via text regarding their estimated arrival time. When Maksim came, he found the problem with my refrigerator and told me what was wrong. He didn’t have the part that was broken, but he said he knew having a working refrigerator was important so he would come back the next day. He actually surprised me by calling me later that evening asking if it was okay to come back. Of course, I said yes and my fridge is up and running. Great service!
Artem and Excellence Appliance Repair are fantastic. I had an oven problem that I called on a Sunday about. They were able to get me in the next day and even were able to come a couple hrs earlier than the appointment window they gave. Service was quick and efficient, the price seemed fair. Artem was friendly and informative.
We had Nijat come to the house to diagnose and repair our dryer. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue with my dryer. Was told the parts would take a week to come in but they came in earlier and he let me know as soon as the parts came in and he was ready for the repair. Highly recommend!
