Nijit arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and and as suspected showed me where the parts are no longer available for my more than 25 year old dishwasher. He cleaned everything back up and said if I decide to get a new one Excellence would offer me a discount on installing it. All in all very pleased with the services rendered.

Lex arrived to fix our washer during the indicated time frame and was very polite and professional. He explained what was wrong and gave us the estimate for repair. He drove to the parts store, purchased the items needed, and came right back to install. Install was clean and timely. He even took the time to demonstrate how to close the door properly, so it would not break again.

I didn’t meet Oleg. My 21 year old son spoke with him about how broke our washing machine was. Oleg was honest that the repair would be as expensive as a new washing machine or right under. A business that is this honest and trustworthy is hard to find. I truly appreciate it.
We had a dishwasher issue with drain related issues. The service was quick and prompt but I’m charged $300 for a repair which did not need any part replacement feels like a lot compared to other services.
