Oleg was prompt and professional! Already earning 5 points out the gate. He identified the problem with my appliances and provided a game plan. Fixed one of the issues onsite while scheduling the completion of the others ASAP when parts are delivered. No mess when he left as if he wasn’t even there! Volodymyr was great he was very good about making sure it fit right and the fridge was fixed even had to replace the gasket cuz the one received wasn’t big enough at first. Thank you for coming during the holiday season
Called Excellence Appliance Repair about a leaking dishwasher, and they were quick to send someone out, even around the holidays. Artem was very professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was able to get it successfully repaired once the parts arrived a couple days later for a reasonable price. I’d definitely use them again.
