It’s really hard to a find trustable appliance repair company, but this company is best. Ihor came out and diagnosed our stove top oven which was shorted out and we had them come out to install our new one. He was very thorough in cleaning the grease underneath and installed the new range beautifully. He was kind and explained everything he was doing and why. I would highly recommend them.

Our technician came and discovered that our unit was fairly old and the parts were not available. He didn’t left without charging us for that troubleshooting appointment. 30 minutes later, he called me with a solution to our problem and came back the next day with an associate, and they conquered our problem, which saved us at least $4000. These guys are amazing and honest, and I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs help with an appliance
The technician was scheduled the next day. The main office communicated who would be doing the work, with a photo, when they were in transit and when they would arrive. The technician, Oleg B., arrived on time. Very knowledgeable. Direct and focused questions. The diagnosis was accurate. Recommendations were made and we were able to choose the one for us. I will use Excellence Appliance Repair in the future and highly recommend them.
