Roman fixed my GE electric dryer. He was professional, honest, and proficient. After quoting the replacement part, there was no pressure to move forward. Since he could not fix my dryer immediately, he did not charge a service fee for the visit and diagnostic which was deeply appreciated. I would definitely call him again if there are further repair needs.
Technician was great. Scheduling was confusing. While texting to confirm an appointment I'm getting another text from a different number confirming a total different date. Actually technician arrive one day sooner, unexpectedly but that worked to my advantage. Overall, I will use them again.
