Great experience! I woke up to dead fridge and a mess (water everywhere) and while I’ve had several problems it, this was a new problem. I went looking for a repair company at 6am and found Excellence Appliance Repair where I could request an appointment for same day. Communication was excellent - text messages to confirm time and process, then another message with the photo and name of the person coming out between 9 & 11am. Vasyl was here at 9:30am. He put on shoe covers and gloves to protect my home and appliance. He quickly diagnosed problem and educated me about it. While I decided (and Vasyl agreed) it was not worth repairing the fridge due to all the previous problems it had, he was very helpful in pointing me to a more reliable brand. I am very grateful for his help and I was very comfortable having him here in my home. I will be contacting this company for any other appliance repair needs I will have in the future.

After reading all the great reviews after water appeared from underneath our washing machine, I contacted Excellence Appliance Repair early on Sunday morning. Oleg came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and completed the repair today. He was great! He showed us exactly what part had been leaking, showed us that it was replaced then started the washer and explained how it worked. He made sure that we were oleased with the work. Oleg was nice to have in our home. We adopted a young Rat Terrier a year ago. He is usually terrified of strangers because he was abused before we rescued him. He was calm around Oleg! Amazing! I highly recommend Excellence. I was able to quickly and easily schedule my appointment online at a time convenient to us. I like their payment process, too. I especially recommend Oleg. It was apparent that he cared that we were pleased with the quality of his work. We truly were! Although this was our 1st experience with Excellence Appliance Repair, it won't be our last.

You know that feeling you get when a major appliance breaks down (dishwasher) and you have to call a repair place. That was me just yesterday! I have to say this company EXCELLENCE APPLIANCE REPAIR , located a few miles from Austin, was the very definition of their name. A guy named Alex came out today. He obviously really likes his job. He is young and smart! And he knows what he’s doing and he’s great at doing his job. He is a very kind and gifted young man, I was so pleased with his work ethic. I read a few of the comments left by previous clients . All of them were as pleased as I am. They are my go to people now. Oh I forgot to comment on their very reasonable pricing.

Excellence Appliance Repair is true to its name. Dmytro was our service person. He was prompt for his arrival time. His repair was also done in a timely manner. He explained total cost up front, parts and labor with No hidden fees . It saved us from having to purchase a new appliance. We will definitely call on this company again when needed.

MYy washer stopped on Saturday night around 10pm, I left a message on yelp for help(lol). Excellence Appliance Repair messaged me back. Said they cld schedule me today (less than 24 hrs) They called me this morning and said someone could be here 11-1.... PERFECT I said. I received a call less than an hr later, from the Technician Serhii stating he was in my area and shows up at my door in the next two minutes! My mom is 93, being without a washer is NOT an option. Serhii worked, got ALL sweaty, dirty and wet (my washer is outside the house) did his best to fix it... to no avail. It was dead. Serhii was honest with me, and THAT made me emotional. Being a single woman I expected to be hung out to dry. He explained everything to me, explained why it was not working, and gave me visuals using his tools on the washer. I'm calling Excellence Appliance Repair next time I need repairs, AND I'm requesting Serhii. Thank you EAR!

Great job from the technician, Vasyl! He fixed my dryer problems quickly, had everything he needed already and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the situation. Just know that the company policy is that they do charge by appliance. Wish they wouldn’t charge $80 per appliance diagnostic. I feel like it should be one service call applied to cost of any fixes necessary. I had a dryer charge (which I anticipated) AND a dishwasher that was separate and not applied to dryer fixes even tho nothing could be done about the dishwasher.

My dryer stopped working and I was able to get a same day appointment. Viacheslav arrived on time and found the issue and fixed it right away. I will definitely use Excellence Appliance Repair again if anything breaks!

The technician was on time, diagnosed and replaced the broken part in about half an hour! He picked up his area after finishing and had me double check the oven to make sure it came on. He was very polite and personable!
