Our work fridge needed some attention. We reached out to Excellence and within 24hours I had a technician scheduled ( to accommodate our work hours). There were many time slots to pick from and they sent a picture and name of the technician. Ihor did a wonderful job of immediately identifying the issues, showed and explained them to me and confirmed prices prior to doing any work. Excellent service

Our refrigerator just stopped working and we called “Excellence Appliance Repair.” They contacted us immediately and scheduled a tech the very next day The tech came in, very professional ready to go. Took apart our fridge and showed us the problem. He immediately ordered the part and said as soon as it comes in he’ll be back, (it was Thursday, we thought mon or Tues) He called me on Sunday night and said “I have the part, can I come by?” I said “come on by!” The tech rolled through, installed the part and our fridge is working great! Great customer service. He knew what he was doing and got the job done! Highly highly recommend them! Rick
