Quick diagnosis for GE front end washing machine as broken shock absorbers; 3 of 4 were broken; I agreed with recommendation to have all 4 replaced. Arrived on Monday for assessment, ordered new parts, and promptly replaced them on Thursday as scheduled. I would call upon them again as needed.
Vadym Tymchyshyn did an excellent job! Replaced drum belt, cleaned, vacuumed and lubricated needed areas. Also courtesy checked washer for noise which was diagnosed as external vibration of hoses when in spin cycle. 90 day warranty on dryer service. Would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair.
I had repair work done today on our refrigerator. Roman was our technician from Excellence Appliance Repair. He did a fantastic job, very nice very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Oleksii arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Apparently a fairly common issue. He had all the parts needed with him. We agreed with his diagnosis and the estimate.
Oleksii took out a lot of screws. He was carful with the panels and parts he removed. Answered my questions. Put it back together and it worked like new!!

Artem was professional and incredibly patient with my curious 3 y/o boy’s attempts to “show and tell” random toys and constant questioning “what’s your name?” and ”what are you doing?” My redirections only lasted so long, yet Artem impressively diagnosed and repaired our broken oven within 45 minutes of his arrival.
