I give them five stars what great service I didn't get overcharged the technician was friendly he showed me every step of the way I would definitely use them again the service show me the problem told me to be better replace the whole dishwasher because I could change some parts but we didn't know if that would fix the problem and it would cost more to fix the problem rather than just go buy a new dishwasher for $188 to replace all the parts would have been over all that it would have cost me three or $400 for all the parts it's very rare you get a service technician that shows you the problem and doesn't take advantage of you if you're looking for a good plumber give these guys a try because they're so worth it

Artem arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the pump issue, and returned the next day with the replacement part as promised. Our Thermidor refrigerator was not working properly. I was able to get a technician out on Saturday, they ordered the parts and repaired it today. Alex and Vaysl were awesome!!! They were prompt, tidy and very personable. I would highly recommend excellence appliance, they were amazing.
