How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

I had a bit of a rocky start with this appliance repair shop. They came out to fix my dryer and charged $270, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. Later, I contacted Samsung and found out it was a simple fix—a clogged moisture sensor that just needed to be cleaned.
However, what really stood out to me was how the company handled things afterward. When I explained the situation, they were understanding and refunded a large portion of the charge without giving me a hard time. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciate it.
While I wish the problem had been caught the first time, I’m impressed by their professionalism and willingness to make things right. I’d consider giving them another try in the future because of how they handled the situation.
