How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Jesse was fast and answered my questions while diagnosing the issues with my microwave. Unfortunately nothing could be done, but he found the problem and figured out what went wrong. Informative and quick troubleshooting.

Old under the counter microwave removed and new microwave drawer installed. Nijat was very careful that there was no damage to cabinet and packed during the process. Made sure the microwave was working properly. Placed old microwave in box for future disposal. Nijat was very courteous and explained what would be needed to finish the enclosure around the new microwave. Very pleased with his work
