How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

We had them come out many months ago when we had an issue with our fridge. We had called them 10 o'clock at night and they came out the next morning. Extremely convenient! Maksim(I forgot the correct spelling? Sorry!) But they were beyond great. They got the fridge all fixed up and taught us some preventative maintenance and things we can do to keep everything running smoothly. They were in and out and very professional.
Overall experience great. A little late at times but very communicative when running late. Iurii came to our house 3 times and was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, handled our crazy (but friendly) dogs well.
