How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

I was very pleased with Vlad from Excellence Appliance Repair. The top drawer of my Fisher/paykel dishwasher had stopped draining. It works fine now .
Vlad was communicative, keeping me informed while he was on his way and while he was working.
Because of Vlad, I will definitely consider using excellence Appliance Repair again.
The first time that I scheduled service for this, the repairman did not come and no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming. They scheduled another repairman to come between two and four, even though I had told them that repairmen had to be out of the building. Again, no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming.
Vlad was the third repairman scheduled to come, and I had already decided that I would not do business with this company again. Vlad changed my mind. He was prompt, courteous, communicative and qualified.
Ihor was very professional and helped us fix our broken dishwasher. They were able to order the required parts and quickly return to repair after initially diagnosing the issue. Would highly recommend their service!

Volodymyr came by to service our washing machine and was able to fix the drainage issue while also worked on our intake valve to do his best to fix that without having to order a new part. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and was very knowledgeable.
Ivan was excellent. He was prompt and fixed the problem quickly. Our Samsung washer was throwing errors and not completing spin cycles due to damaged suspension rods. had a LG refrigerator that blew its ‘smart board’ during a power surge or outage. Exellence was very helpful and very true to arrival time. There was no sale pitch or upselling. my repair band was extremely knowledgeable nice timely and very professional and shot straight with me. He he explained that they could fix it but it would take maybe two weeks for all the parts to come in as a whole circuit board had been like burnt. He recommended that I go ahead and purchase a new one and only charge me for Appointment! I loved the professionalism the service the timeliness I look forward to using them in the future with an end of my Appliance problems! 5 stars!

Great to have this company in our neighborhood. We called in the early afternoon and Volodymyr was able to come in the early evening. He arrived in the early part of the 2 hour window they gave us and was so kind to us and our two toddlers who were very interested in what he was doing. Honest and fair and he fixed our dryer the same day.
