How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

I had an issue with my dryer not heating so I went online and noticed Excellence Appliance Repair had great reviews. I put my info/issue online and was contacted right away. Within an hour, I was assigned to Volodymyr who was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the issue, provided an estimate and discussed my options. I decided to fix the dryer since he showed me all the parts were in good shape (saved me from having to buy a new one). I appreciate the service from Volodymyr and will definitely reach out again if ay other appliances have an issue.

The first time that I scheduled service for this, the repairman did not come and no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming. They scheduled another repairman to come between two and four, even though I had told them that repairmen had to be out of the building. Again, no one called me to tell me that he would not be coming.
Vlad was the third repairman scheduled to come, and I had already decided that I would not do business with this company again. Vlad changed my mind. He was prompt, courteous, communicative and qualified.

Volodymyr came by to service our washing machine and was able to fix the drainage issue while also worked on our intake valve to do his best to fix that without having to order a new part. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and was very knowledgeable.
