Jesse was outstanding! Knew exactly what the issue was once I explained and showed a video so he could hear the sound. We had had this same issue on our fridge before and Whirlpool sent out repairman 5 times and they never fixed this issue. They just replaced the fridge. And of course once the warranty expired we had the same issue. Jesse had it fixed in no time! Jesse was very friendly, professional, courteous and just an overall good guy. Will definitely recommend Excellence Appliance Repair again, and especially two them to ask for Jesse! Two thumbs up!

I have had such a great experience with this company so far! The owner Taylor spent an hour on the phone with me months ago when I was seeking advice about the struggles I was having with the companies my home warranty company kept sending out to repair my refrigerators, helping me understand why things might be happening and how to ask the right questions to try and get my issues resolved! It was such an amazing conversation that he didn’t charge me a dime for that now 3 months later when I’m still having issues I called and asked him to come and check out what might be causing both of my refrigerators to still not work properly! He came and checked them out, put refrigerant in one of them had me order a temp sensor for the other one so we can monitor the temp over time and try to figure out if it’s an issue with the technology. While I’m still waiting to see what if anything is majorly wrong with them I’m so thankful for the quick response time of him coming out so soon after I called(the next day), the time he spent helping me understand what all the problems could be and the fact that he has only charged me for a service call for each fridge which can be used as a credit towards whatever repair we wind up needing to make. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with a company after battling for a year with my home warranty company that sent multiple repair people who didn’t solve literally anything and in fact only made our problems worse. Highly recommend using this company for any issues you might be having with your appliances! It’s worth the money to pay for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and really cares about the results of their work and making sure the customer is satisfied!
