How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Stanislav came to fix the freezer leak and handle and spent a long time being extremely detailed! He discovered the freezer fan was also broken and took care of everything, explained everything, and was exceptionally courteous and helpful! He even texted with me the next day when I had questions. Stanislav came to fix the dishwasher spray arm and went above and beyond to get what we had working as best as possible while we waited for the part, then came back a couple days later to install the part. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive!
