How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

I contacted Excellence Appliance Repair because my front loading Samsung dryer wasn’t heating. Everything worked fine but it wasn’t drying the clothes. The dryer is 5yrs old and I didn’t want to purchase a new one. I was going to go with a different company but they were charging $150 for the service call. I decided to call Excellence App Repair and they had appointments same day. The times didn’t work for me so I scheduled for a Saturday in the late afternoon. Lurii Goriunov was the tech that serviced my appliance. He explained the issue and showed me that the heating element and sensors weren’t working. The part had to be ordered but my dryer was repaired within 2 days. Lurii was kind, respectful and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend.
