How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Excellent service. They sent me a technician the same day which was able to give me a diagnostic. Gave me clear estimate for the repair and came in due time to fix my microwave. Technician was polite, communicative, knowledgeable and left my kitchen tidy up and most importantly: fix my microwave. Will use their services again.

Jesse was outstanding! Knew exactly what the issue was once I explained and showed a video so he could hear the sound. We had had this same issue on our fridge before and Whirlpool sent out repairman 5 times and they never fixed this issue. They just replaced the fridge. And of course once the warranty expired we had the same issue. Jesse had it fixed in no time! Jesse was very friendly, professional, courteous and just an overall good guy. Friday afternoon, my washer decided to quit draining. By Saturday at 4:00 p.m., it was fixed.
I was worried it would be expensive to repair, but Oleksandr Kreminskyi was honest and offered a fair price, especially considering it was an electrical issue. I also appreciate that the service fee is $89.00 instead of $99.00, and that it can be applied toward the repair if you choose to move forward with the service.
Thank y’all again, and a special thank-you for coming out on a weekend without charging an "emergency" fee. I really appreciate the prompt, honest, and affordable service.
