How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $99 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Joe the tech who came out is the man. He saved us $700. I had another company come out to look at my fridge and they recommended an expensive part repair, so I set this appointment with Joe to get a second opinion. He did full thorough diagnosis and found the problem was unrelated to a broken part and was a much simpler fix. Only cost us the service fee versus full part repair.
He was also nice enough to give our dryer a quick check and diagnosed the issue there in minutes. Great service, solid communication, on time and professional. Highly recommend

Our oven was not heating up quickly or at all. We were lucky they had same day appointments available for assistance. Oleg was able to quickly diagnose and fix our oven in under an hour. He performed a test for us to see it was working right away. The initial visit/diagnostic fee was about $99, which seems middle of the road compared to some other service providers. It was waived once we accepted the repairs and cost of parts and labor.
