How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Excellent service! Professional, honest, genuine man named Max came out. Our gas oven did not work. Turned out it was the igniter. We Put a deposit down, the part was ordered and came in 2 days just like he said. If it didn’t work, then we would get a refund. Luckily, it did work, he was very helpful, careful and clean! I had a great experience with that company that was my neighbors referral. After having another company check my microwave paid for the visit and the guy said nothing that can be done once the parts are not fabricated anymore . Called excellence Appliance they came, check , identified the problem and came back and fix it . Yuriy is professional and you can see he knows what he is doing .
