How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Artem he did a good job!
Sent an online service request at 5.30 am for water leaking from washing machine and received a response almost immediately. The technician Joe is very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and also checked the machine to make sure there is no other leak . He also provided tips on how to remove soap built up. I briefly mentioned that my dish washer is not working . He offered to take a look and found the issue immediately . A very great experience with this company and Joe
Rae was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue with my dryer.
He purchased part, and came back to make repair just as promised.

Igor was amazing! I bought a discontinued microwave from Home Depot. I did not get all of the screws or things needed to install it. Igor made three trips here to the house, two trips to Home Depot to help me order the correct parts he needed to install it. After about a week and and a half I finally have my microwave installed and working!

Exellence Appliance Repair is a fantastic service. Eugene Nazarov was my repair man, and although it took a few times to resolve the issue and order the right parts, he was always on time and went straight to work. I never felt like he was trying to make an extra buck. He tried to solve the issue as cheap as possible and ordered the correct parts to repair my Viking stove in my kitchen. Total cost was 1/5 the price of what it would have cost to replace. Thank you all so much for the assistance!

Artem was fast to respond via phone and text message. We got a quick appointment the next day. Very professional and respectful. The diagnostic fee was kind of expensive (but that’s probably how it goes because it’s detailed work) that fee does go towards the over all fix if you decide to fix it. However we needed a new compressor, which was also expensive, so we just decided to get a new fridge.
