How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $99 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Overall excellent service and very quick! Dishwasher stopped pumping water at 8pm. I made an appointment online and within 5 mins was chatting with a rep. They had appointments the next morning and were here promptly! Issue was fixed on-site with a new pump, no waiting for parts!
