How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Joe has been out to our place twice. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He takes care of his customers. Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the repair would have cost the same as replacing the entire unit. He recommended we check with the manufacturer for warranty coverage. Sure enough, the warranty covered the entire repair and he saved us a couple thousand bucks. He’s patient and willing to explain things so that I can understand it. There was a simple repair that he said I could do, so he just gave me the part number to order and it saved me the cost of labor. He truly watches out for his customers’ best interests!

Oleg was amazing! He fixed our microwave over our oven in less than 30 minutes like a rockstar. We had a microwave repair guy come out weeks ago which we paid a consultation fee for, he said he was going to the store to buy some extra things to come back and fix it and then ghosted us. We’ve been calling him for weeks with no answer so he took the consultation money and ran. Excellence Repair Responded within an hour and immediately we were setting up the appointment within 48 hours over text messages.
One of the things I love most was they sent me a text when he was on his way along with his photo so we knew it was the right person at the door. Overall, this was an amazing experience and now we have a working microwave and an appliance repair company we can trust!
