How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Technician was really good. 5 stars for him but I feel it was overpriced. Also, during the quote they don’t mention the taxes. It’s an addon to the price.

Joe Martinez came out and got us all set up and did it quickly and with excellent service. He was also able to give some advice about maintaining our washer and dryer. We would happily have him back for any future needs.
