My washer stopped working Saturday evening. I reached out to Excellence Appliance Repair Sunday morning around 7:30 am. I received a response 5 minutes later & given an appointment between 10am-12pm. Communication was promptly and professional. I was given a courtesy text that my technician was on his way. My technician “ Artem” arrived at my front door @ 9:45am, 15 minutes early for my appointment window of 10-12. ( ON A SUNDAY MORNING). Artem came in and went straight to work and had diagnosed my problem within 2 minutes. Artem tells me that my problem was my clutch and that he had one on hand and he quoted me the price and labor charge. At 10:15 am, Artem was leaving my home and my washer was fixed & operating again. I’m truly pleased in the manor that Artem came into my home with a smile on his face and answering all my questions with no hesitation at all. Great professional attitude.5 star service that started @ 7:30 am through 10:15 am. I highly recommend “Excellence Appliance Repair”. My magnet business card given to me by Artem will be displayed on the front of my refrigerator to remind me of any future appliances needs, to call on Excellence Appliance Repair Sunday! Company was great to work with. Tech, Artem, arrived the same day I contacted the company. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix my washing machine. He returned in 3 business days with OEM parts and had the washer fixed in a half hour. Will use again.
