How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Nijat Ahmadi with Excellence Appliance Repair just serviced my LG refrigerator ice maker to re-fix a previous, costly, unnecessary repair done by another service provider. Within 2 to 3 minutes Nijat discovered that the malfunction of my ice maker was NOT the need for a new ice maker but simply the need to clean out a partially clogged water inlet line. I am so happy that he listened to me describe the problem and sort things out with my observation rather than jump to a charge more’ option like the previous repair company did. I highly recommend him for his expert technical skills, his honesty and just his desire to do the best job he can do. I make the highest recommendations for him to handle appliance repairs and am so thankful for his help.
Iurii was extremely knowledgeable and candid with me about what was wrong with my dishwasher and what my options were. I had ordered a part that was recommended to me from a YouTube video but it wasn’t fully compatible with my model of dishwasher. He was able to figure out what the difference was and talked me through how I could make the part I order work or we could order the correct part. $200 minimum flat rate for labor.
