How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

It was a pleasure to meet Oleksandr and watch him work. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator almost immediately. His knowledge, competence, and friendliness were very impressive. I rate his service to be 5 out of 5. I ultimately did not choose the repair because I found a lower price for the part, but I happily paid the $89 diagnostic fee for the visit. Also, they refunded most of my deposit for the part, which they didn’t have to do. Excellence provided a repair person and time slot within 15 minutes of request. Vladyslav showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Cost was a little pricey but he did a great job.
