How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $79 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Their service was good and timely. Sergei was respectful. I think the price was a lot for the service. Essentially a draw string wrapped around the motor which was preventing the tumbler from spinning on my dryer. The initial diagnostic fee was going to be $80 but doing the actual labor of fixing it was $270 (after tax). So if you need it done well regardless of the price then I would recommend them.
