How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Our dryer went out suddenly last night. This morning we sent an inquiry in and had an appointment by this evening. So fast, responsive, and efficient! We were given a 2-hour time window and surprisingly enough our rep showed up early and gave us a heads up. Oleg was very helpful, professional, and explained the issue to us. Thankfully it was a minor thing, but it saved us from buying a new dryer! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
Outstanding Service! We had a situation where our dryer stopped working and the company sent someone out the same day. Normally with service repairs there’s a lot of upsell or the technician isn’t familiar with the product. Our technician was excellent - id and solved the problem expediently. He was extremely helpful in preventive measures and what to do if there was an issue in the future! Highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Excellence Appliance Repair enough. They are so responsive and easy to communicate with. I requested an appointment for my broken oven and within minutes I got a reply saying they could come the same day! As a mom of 3, I NEED a functioning oven. They showed up and repaired my oven in less than an hour. I will use them for all of my repair needs going forward.
