How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Excellent service. Great communication from the time I scheduled the appt. until the time he arrived. Very knowledgeable & figured out the problem right away. Didn’t have the right hose needed for the repair so he went to Home Depot to buy it for me. He completed the repair and explained exactly what he was doing. He showed me how he secured the new hose so the same problem didn’t occur again. I highly recommend him and will be using Yuriy again if I have another appliance in need of repair.

I recently had an issue with my wine fridge and called Excellence Appliance. Lurii came out to assess the situation and immediately identified the solution. He let me know that parts needed to be ordered, and from that point on, the communication was excellent. I received regular updates on the tracking, arrival timing, and as soon as the parts came in, they promptly reached out to schedule the installation.
The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything is now working perfectly. I have seven wine refrigerators, and I’ll definitely be relying on them to take care of all of them moving forward. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly takes pride in doing a great job.

Oleksii Kharkovskyi was able to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator in 10 mins. He ordered us a new part and came back a couple of days later and installed it. Oleksii was courteous and helpful and resolved our issue. Highly recommend!

Volodymyr was outstanding, kind, and very knowledgeable fixing my Jenn-air refrigerator. He was to my home and returned in a couple days with the part he needed to fix the fridge. Stanislav from Excellence Appliance Repair came out the same day we called, even though it was late in the afternoon. Within a half hour he had diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, and he had it ice-free with new parts in an hour. He was very courteous and professional. Oleksander came out to repair my front loading washer. He was so professional and courteous! He wore shoe covers to protect my floors during the service and I really appreciated that gesture! He explaind and showed me the cause of my washing machine malfunction and explained in detail how it would need to be fixed. He also informed me of the reasons certain parts had to be ordered directly from Samsung. Due to the time of day of my diagnostic app, He had to come by the next day to begin the repair. Oleksander completed the repair, showed me old and new parts, and ran the machine to make sure the problem subsided. It all took a little over an hour. That was really fast! It's been a few days since my repair and so far, my machine is back to working as intended! He also gave me a 3 month warranty/guarantee on the repair. That's a nice piece of mind! The cost was fair. My parts were expensive so I think the labor cost was worth it! I would definitely use these services again for my appliances!
