How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Technician arrived on schedule and thoroughly checked my fridge for repairs. Fixed my leaky fridge within the hour. I had been dealing with a leak for 2 weeks and after the first appliance company couldn’t diagnose my issue, I was discouraged to try another company. Tech identified my leak was coming from the waterline and though parts were not available for my particular brand he patched it up. Fingers crossed repair holds at least until I’m ready to invest in another refrigerator. Mine still has a few more years! Thanks for the excellent service!

Scheduling an appointment was really easy. They came out the same day. Repaired my fridge within about an hour. Oleg was fantastic and very nice.

I got to save the appointment and the service was quick and my dishwasher was fixed, but it was very expensive for $250 because there was no part replacement. When I called to make an appointment, they mention that there will be an $89 fee and that fee will be applied if there are any repairs towards it. The technician that came did tell me that the charge will be $250 before starting the service so that is fine and he said that there will be extra charges if there is any parts replacement needed. But just for the de installation of the dish washer, checking if everything works, taking a look at the sensors and resolving the “failure to drain error” I thought $250 was expensive.
