How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

They could not have been nicer or gotten the job done better! I had an appointment with a time window (4-6). Yevhen sent me a text at 4 saying his ETA was 28 minutes. I appreciated that! Then, after looking over my washer and listening to my account of what was happening, he fixed the problem. My 10 year old machine is now humming along like new!

Company was great to work with. Tech, Artem, arrived the same day I contacted the company. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix my washing machine. He returned in 3 business days with OEM parts and had the washer fixed in a half hour. Will use again.
