How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $79 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Vasyl was our technician and he was phenomenal. He helped us fix our gas stove top, and was knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely installed and satisfied. It was a refreshing experience, and I highly recommend.
Artem came and replaced my clothes dryer element and then cleaned the drain on my washing machine. He was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Oleg was fantastic, fast, friendly. My microwave stopped working. It’s a 10 year old built in model that is no longer in production so finding a replacement to fit would have been very difficult as well as expensive. I called for an appointment about noon on a Saturday. He was there by 4pm and finished by 5pm. Diagnosed the issue quickly (even though after 4 days of not turning on of course it turned on while he was there) and had the pieces on hand to fix immediately that day.
Technician Serhii Mostytskyi, at each appointment to repair our dishwasher, was timely and professional. He and/or his office kept us informed on ordering parts and setting up the appointments. Highly recommended!
Great job. I was charged both deposit $79.00 and repair. Not my understanding. I thought deposit was dropped if repairs were made. Got to look that up again. Nonetheless I got my drawer fixed on a Saturday. Vey timely and great customer service
Ivan arrived on time and had all the equipment and tools needed to repair my dishwasher and stackable washer. He was a very efficient worker and patient and through, taking time to research what needed to be done. Even though I had not planned to spend so much money, I feel comfortable that I was charged a fair price. I can once again keep up with my laundry as be have dishes that sparkle more than if I had washed by hand.
Scheduling was easy and done over text, which I loved. Showed up within the window and determined the issue. They did not have the part on-hand, but ordered and came back the next day. Fast and clean. The tech was very nice and answered my extra questions. I would definitely recommend.

Their service was good and timely. Sergei was respectful. I think the price was a lot for the service. Essentially a draw string wrapped around the motor which was preventing the tumbler from spinning on my dryer. The initial diagnostic fee was going to be $80 but doing the actual labor of fixing it was $270 (after tax). So if you need it done well regardless of the price then I would recommend them.
