How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

I had a water leak issue with my refrigerator. Sergii from Excellence Appliance repair came out to make a diagnosis. Prior to his arrival, the appointment setup was extremely easy and I was contacted immediately to confirm the best time. Once Sergii arrived, he was quick to determine the issue, walked me through the problem, fixed the problem and consulted with me on how to avoid this same problem in the future. We had a great experience with Excellence. Started having issues with our dryer over the weekend, submitted an inquiry on Sunday morning and received an immediate response to learn about the issue and work on scheduling. First available was Monday afternoon and the tech texted in advance to let me know he could be there earlier than the original window. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue, showed me the problem, and gave a quote for parts / labor. Finished the work within the work window and totally cleaned the work area. I’m extremely happy with the whole process. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to compliment the whole team. It was a great experience start to finish.

Oleksandr was very prompt, scheduling an appointment the same day. He knew exactly what to do to diagnose the problem with our Bosch dishwasher. He ordered the part and came out on a Saturday to install it. It could not have gone better.

He quickly dismantled the dryer and found the problem. Given the wear and tear that the moving parts were experiencing, I asked him to replace them all. (Rollers and belt)
These were parts that had to be ordered. So a new appointment was scheduled. Yevhen was right on time and quickly finished the job.

Ihor/Igor was outstanding! I understood he was coming to address our dishwasher that had gone lights out during the ice storm. The wife had additional plans for him that included the oven and beverage center. He worked all 3 at once and resolved and fixed all the issues. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Yuri explained everything he was going to do to my dryer ahead of time and even showed me photos of what he was looking for. He told me to try it for a few loads and let him know if it was not fixed, but it definitely seems back to normal! Will def use them again if needed in the future!
