How much will the repair cost?
We charge a $89 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. The final cost will depend on the required parts and labor. Our technician will inspect your appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an exact quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee will not apply.
How long will the repair take?
If the technician has the spare part, the repair will be done the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, it will be completed within 1-3 business days.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost.

Our oven died the weekend before Christmas and Volodymyr took our call
On a Saturday and serviced us on Monday. But he needed a part, but was able to get it Christmas Eve and installed it. Excellent service!
Artem was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable about how to fix the washer. He was also willing to come out on a Sunday when the problem happened. Recommend.

Excellent service in repairing my dishwasher. Quick arrival and repair. I appreciated that Oleksandr was very honest and made a simple fix rather than try to exaggerate the problem when I wouldn't have known the difference.
